Homeward Bound #1

Homeward Bound #1

if Tlaloc does not

bring the spring rain

I will not thirst

for memories

or passion

I say silence

I do not hunger

I scatter

your

fragmented

thoughts

that we might journey

to the whole person

I converse

with

my fear

we are

not afraid

Overpowered

by hope Night-time

Moon/Day time

Solar/Spell

realization

my constant companions

Maya Ixquic Copal

ceremonial smoke

rises

Condor

carries it

to Creator

in sharp talons

Huron River

Ehecatl Air Water

Spirit Swirls

Dance Floor Whirls

a most favorable blessing

Life a constant struggle

understands the duality

Coahuila Xixemeka

Mountain Spirit

my strength

on this lonely desert

patch of Pacha Mama
