The Center for Mexican American Studies (CMAS) will host the 2014 George I. Sánchez Memorial Lectures in the Social Sciences and Education on Thursday, November 12, 2014.

The George I. Sánchez Memorial Lectures in the Social Sciences and Education are presented by faculty affiliates of CMAS or are faculty members of the Department of Mexican American and Latina/o Studies (MALS) who are either in their first year of service at the University or who have been recently promoted to associate or full professor.
